New to crossfit and just got a C2. love / hate it. my first ever 500 was 1:36. am 6'4 "212lbs. 34 spm. felt terrible but i think it is a decent baseline.
Deep in my glutes it hurts. I now row with a folded towel on the seat and it helps. any others have this problem? is this b / c the muscles are sore or the seat is uncomfortable / pinching sciatic nerve ??? will it go away? know how to stretch it? How do you determine the setting of the heel holders for your feet?
Any help will be apprecited.
